This pocket sits right on the edge of our home suburb of Cranbourne, and it's really a transition zone — established rural-residential land giving way to newer estates as the area grows, with Botanic Ridge in particular developing near the Royal Botanic Gardens Cranbourne and the Casey Fields sporting precinct.
Because Cranbourne South, Cranbourne West, Botanic Ridge and Junction Village each have relatively modest individual populations, we've grouped them together here rather than splitting them into separate pages — but the work itself covers the same range you'd expect anywhere else in the growth corridor: new-build Hebel and rendering on one street, an older property needing a render repair a few minutes away.
We also pick up occasional jobs further out towards Devon Meadows, Pearcedale, Tooradin, Blind Bight, Cannons Creek and Warneet — semi-rural localities on the fringe of this area where acreage properties and larger sheds are more common than standard suburban blocks.
